A process is only automated if it runs without you. These are the parts that make that true — and the parts that stop it when something is wrong.

Starts on its own

A flow with a schedule runs on it, to the minute, without anyone opening the dashboard. Switch it off and it stops — the switch is the whole interface.

Reacts to your other systems

Every flow can expose an inbound endpoint that your shop, CRM or bot posts to. Each one carries its own secret, and the payload is available to every step after it.

Conditions decide, and only one path runs

A rule is evaluated against real values from the step before it. The branch that does not apply is skipped, and a value that cannot be read stops the run instead of guessing.

Spending waits for a person

A step that moves budget is held and files a request. One approval authorises one execution of that one step — the next run asks again.

Credentials it can actually use

Connect stores each API key encrypted; steps reference it by name. A step without its credential reports an error rather than reporting success it did not earn.
