Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026.
These terms govern your use of eladyn.com and, once provisioned, your company's use of ELADYN itself. By submitting a request through this site or using ELADYN, you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent.
1. Who this is for
ELADYN is built for business use. By using this site or requesting access, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, acting on behalf of a company, and authorized to do so. ELADYN is not directed at consumers or personal, non-commercial use.
2. Access requests and onboarding
ELADYN is currently onboarding companies individually rather than through public self-serve sign-up. Submitting a request through this site does not itself create an account or a contract — it starts a conversation. A separate agreement governs each company's actual use of ELADYN once onboarded, and where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
3. Plans and fees
Published tiers (Starter, Business) and custom Enterprise arrangements are described on our pricing page. Specific fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before any charge is made — nothing is billed automatically from a request submitted on this site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ELADYN for anything unlawful, or to violate a third party's rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass ELADYN's access controls
- Interfere with or overload ELADYN's infrastructure
- Use ELADYN's digital employees to impersonate a person without disclosure, or to take actions outside the authority your company has granted them
- Resell or sublicense access to ELADYN without a separate written agreement
5. Digital employees and human oversight
Eladyn Agents act within the authority your company defines and configures — they do not act outside it. Consequential actions can be configured to require human approval before they run, and every action is logged and attributable through Eladyn Command. You remain responsible for how your company configures that authority.
6. Data ownership
Your company owns the data it puts into ELADYN — documents, records, communications, and anything Eladyn Agents produce on its behalf. We do not use one customer's data to train models for another customer. Data is isolated per tenant, as described on our Cloud page.
7. Intellectual property
ELADYN retains all rights in the platform, software, and design system. These terms grant your company a right to use ELADYN as agreed — not ownership of it. You retain all rights in your own content and data.
8. Confidentiality
Each side agrees to protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as needed to provide or use ELADYN, or as required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
ELADYN is provided as described, without warranties beyond those we state in writing. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
Either side may end an ELADYN agreement as set out in that agreement. On termination, your company can export its data for a reasonable period before it is deleted from our systems.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ELADYN is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction there, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and, where you have an active agreement with us, notify you directly before the change takes effect.
