Today, this site collects information in one place: the "Request access" form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Whatever you write in the free-text note (optional)

We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and this section will name exactly what is added and why.

Solely to respond to your request: to evaluate fit, follow up by email, and — if we proceed — set up access to ELADYN for your company. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries, and, where applicable, your consent given by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us — see "Your rights" below.

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate this site and respond to you — for example, an email delivery provider used solely to relay your submission to our team. Any such provider is bound to process your data only on our instructions.

Request submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to onboard your company. If we don't hear back from you or don't move forward, we delete request records within a reasonable period, and immediately on request.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ELADYN runs on managed, EU-first infrastructure with per-tenant isolation and audit logging — the same architecture described on our pricing page, applied to this site's own data as well.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict how we process it
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

This site and ELADYN's products are intended for business use by adults acting on behalf of a company. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted here in plain language, not buried in a changelog.
